Revenue Operation Manager
- Initiate execution for improvements in commercial data collection and processing from sales team deals signed, project management development cycle, to account receivable collection
- Analyze inbound flow through marketing touch-points (website, SEO, events/gathering) & customer services channels (processing inquiry)
- Overviewing the execution of new SOPs i.e. commercial sprint, joint business program
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in SaaS Company/Tech Startup
- Having exposure in Trade Marketing and/or General Marketing/or Program Management
- English fluency, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, independent, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve.
- Proactive, strong business acumen, detail-minded, and adaptable.
- Should be a go-getter, self-motivated, results & data-driven.
