Job Description:

  • Source, negotiate, and sign strategic partnership with the top-tier, mid to small sized partner.
  • Closing the deals from strategic partnership leads.
  • Manage the partnership pipeline carefully to ensure accurate data and hygiene are updated in the system.
  • Monitor and manage partners performance including strategy discussion to improve the overall target and achievement.
  • Work closely with related teams to overall develop and implement our whole project.
  • Conduct activation and engagement activities with existing and upcoming partners to drive Tada business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, or related field.
  • Having 5-7 years of experience in partnership management is mandatory.
  • Experience in Trade Marketing and/or General Marketing field.
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data are the plus points.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
  • Fluent in English both verbal & written.
