Level-Up Criteria: How Members Move Up the Ladder
Level Up by How Much You Spend
Reward high rollers. Members level up purely based on the monetary value of their purchases.
For example, to reach Gold level, members must accumulate a total spending of 500,000 RM from completed transactions.
Level Up Through Points and Activities
Drive engagement beyond just spending. Members level up by collecting points from referrals, perks, completing missions, or any rewards.
For example, to unlock Elite level, members must accumulate at least 3,000 points, earned through a combination of activities.
Level Up with Transaction Points
Level up based on points accumulated strictly from transaction activity.
For example, every IDR 100,000 spent = 100 points.
To reach Ruby level, members must accumulate 1,000 points, earned exclusively from completed transactions with a total accumulated spending of IDR 1,000,000.
Flexible Level-Up Rules
Level upgrades don’t have to rely on just one rule. Brands can combine multiple criteria, such as Total Spending, Point Collection, or Wallet Collection.
You can choose whether members need to meet all requirements (AND) or just one of them (OR) to level up.

Define a set number of days as a cycle starting from their activation date.
For example, a member activates their card on 10 June 2025. The brand sets a level cycle of 10 days, meaning level evaluation is performed at the end of each cycle period.
The member becomes eligible for a level upgrade starting 20 June 2025, provided they meet the upgrade criteria.
Custom Period
Choose fixed periods, like quarterly cycles or custom dates.
For example, A member activates their card on 1 January 2026.
The brand sets a fixed level cycle starting on 1 June each year.
The member becomes eligible for a level upgrade starting 1 June 2026, provided they meet the required criteria.
Ignore Cycle
Turn on "Ignore Cycle" so members level up instantly once they hit the goal, without waiting for a timeline.
For example, a member activates their card on 1 May 2026.
As soon as a member meets the upgrade criteria, their level is updated immediately.

Supercharged Earnings
Set different earning rates per tier, the higher the level, the easier it is for them to collect points.
