Job Title: Project Intern

Information about the role:

As a Project Intern, you will work closely with the Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in project execution and tech tools. This role offers exposure to project documentation, reporting, and process optimization while ensuring seamless coordination across teams. It’s a great opportunity to develop project management skills in a tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibility

  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and well-organized.
  • Prepare reports and summaries related to project progress, findings, and key insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of guidelines, templates, and SOPs for better project standardization.
  • Monitor and track Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely processing and completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (min GPA 3.35).
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid academic foundation.
  • Experience in organizational activities.
  • Actively involved in student organizations, extracurricular activities, or leadership roles.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms across diverse teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of engaging with various stakeholders and conveying insights clearly.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
  • Eager to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and contribute to process improvements.
