Job Title: Sales / Business Development — Tadakado (Employee Rewards & B2B Vouchers)

Department: Commercial

Working Arrangement: On-site (BSD City)

Information About The Role

Tadakado is Tada’s rewards and employee-benefit product. We’re looking for a B2B salesperson who already knows this market and brings their own network — someone who can sell Tadakado both as a corporate rewards/voucher solution and as an employee benefit to HR teams. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and help us grow Tadakado’s footprint across Indonesian companies.

Key Responsibility

  • Drive B2B sales of Tadakado to corporate clients, both as a rewards/voucher solution and as an employee-benefit offering to HR teams.
  • Build and work your own pipeline; bring and grow a network of corporate and HR decision-makers.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  • Articulate Tadakado’s value for employee engagement, retention, and rewards programs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Commercial to deliver smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets, with accurate pipeline reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in vouchers, rewards, loyalty, or HR/employee-benefit solutions.
  • Experience at a B2B voucher or rewards company (e.g. digital voucher, loyalty, or rewards platforms) or in HR-tech / employee-benefit sales is a strong plus.
  • An existing network of corporate and/or HR decision-makers you can activate.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable owning targets in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently.
