Job Title: Client Relation Intern
Department: Client Relation & Project Management
Working Arrangement: On-site

Information about the role:

As a Client Relation Intern, you will work closely with the Client Relation team, the goal is to build strong connections, meet client needs, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. This involves collecting and analyzing data and creating a report for clients.

Key Responsibility

  • Ensure existing accounts are satisfied through after-sales care and by gathering and utilizing feedback.
  • Assist the Client Relations team in processing and analyzing data, as well as preparing and regularly reporting to clients.
  • Support the Client Relations team in receiving client requests and issues, which need to be escalated to the internal technical team when necessary
  • Draft proposals and presentations on business solutions, products, or services for clients.
  • Monitor program performance metrics regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the last semester from a reputable university (min GPA 3.35), preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, or Informatics education
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to analyze data and reports to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
  • Exposure to the tech and startup space.
  • Active participation in community or college organizations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting confidently with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and behavior, business insight, and attention to detail
  • Eager to take on challenges, explore new ideas, and contribute to process improvements.
