Information about the role:

As a Business Consultant at Tada, you’ll play a key role in helping brands enhance customer engagement and retention through loyalty and rewards solutions. Your mission is to identify and acquire brands, especially those with strong e-commerce and transactional activity that can benefit from Tada’s loyalty ecosystem to reward, retain, and grow their customer base.

Key Responsibility

  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospective clients and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Achieve growth and meet sales targets, both individually and collectively.
  • Engage in consultative selling by establishing contact, negotiating, and developing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Acquire new clients by providing supportive information, guidance, and recommending tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Suggest product improvements or innovations by analyzing industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Generate leads through personal networks and other methods to build a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on e-commerce enabler services or warehouse operations.
  • Proven experience in brand acquisition or business development with a strong understanding of eCommerce or logistics environments.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from a top local or international university.
  • Strong fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.).
  • A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with strong business acumen in the eCommerce or warehouse sector.
  • Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with an aggressive approach to brand acquisition, logistics, and operational efficiency.
