Information About The Role

As an Accountant, you’ll ensure financial accuracy by analyzing documents, verifying transactions, and reconciling ledgers. Your role is key in maintaining compliance and supporting strategic decision-making for the company’s growth.

 

Key Responsibility

 

  • Perform monthly financial analyses, including balance sheets, income statements, and reconciliations.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policies and reconciliation processes.
  • Assist in the audit process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as needed to support smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven accounting experience, with a strong foundation in financial processes and principles
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or a related field, providing solid academic grounding for practical expertise
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting financial data, preparing insightful reports, and ensuring accurate reconciliations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, streamlining processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of precision in all financial tasks.
  • Positive, proactive mindset, eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the company’s success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, thriving in a team environment and building strong professional relationships.
