Job Title: Customer Success Intern (Paid Internship)
Department: Client Relation & Project Management Office
Working Arrangement: On-site

Information About The Role

As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our clients’ growth and ensuring their customers receive the best experience possible. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reaching out to customers via phone, assisting in executing simple sales and engagement campaigns, and keeping dashboards and reports updated for monitoring performance.

Key Responsibility

  • Engage with customers: Reach out to clients’ customers via phone calls to understand their needs, provide support, and build strong relationships.
  • Support sales growth: Assist in designing and executing simple sales campaigns to help clients boost their revenue with creative ideas.
  • Data & reporting: Update and monitor client dashboards regularly to ensure campaigns run smoothly, while preparing clear and insightful reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to share feedback from the field and support better decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication Studies, or related fields
  • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence in phone conversations
  • Interest in sales, business development, or customer engagement
  • Motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn new things
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
