Job Title: Merchandising Officer

Information About The Role

As a Merchandising Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of all merchandising processes, from managing product data and launching catalogs to overseeing rewards redemption. This position requires strong attention to detail, solid analytical skills, and effective communication to ensure every step of the product cycle is accurate and on schedule, while also serving as a crucial link between the merchandising team and various stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibility

 

  • Provide administrative support to the merchandising team, including data entry and product updates
  • Ensure product information—such as pricing, descriptions, and images—is accurately maintained and consistently updated in the company’s systems
  • Assist in preparing and executing catalog launches by coordinating with vendors and verifying all product details and updates
  • Conduct market research and pricing analysis to keep the team informed of current market trends
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed to support team objectives
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to help ensure smooth day-to-day merchandising

Requirements:

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within merchandising or retail operations
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
