Job Title: Operations Delivery Intern
Department: Product & Operations
Working Arrangement: On-site
Information about the role:

The Operations Delivery Intern role is responsible for coordinating vendor pickups, monitoring delivery status, handling address issues or cancellations, and maintaining accurate delivery documentation. This includes managing reports, uploading proof of delivery, and supporting monthly billing reconciliation to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibility

  • Coordinate and process pickup instructions with vendors for purchasing requests (Logistic Materials & Items)
  • Review and resolve issues related to invalid (bad) delivery addresses and handle cancellations as needed
  • Monitor and update delivery status in the internal system
  • Maintain and regularly update the operations master report on Google Drive
  • Upload manual Proof of Delivery (POD) links for in-house couriers and internal fleet deliveries
  • Upload receipt confirmations for pickup vouchers and documents into Airtable
  • Handle delivery-related complaints and troubleshoot issues
  • Perform monthly reconciliation for vendor delivery billing

Requirements:

  • Open for fresh graduates in Administration, Management, Accounting, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and other basic functions)
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in handling data and reports
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
