Job Title: Senior UI/UX

Information about the role:

The Senior UI/UX Designer leads the design strategy and execution for digital interfaces, focusing on optimizing user experience and interface design. They bridge user needs and business goals by translating complex requirements into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Key Responsibility

  • Collaborate early in the product design process, providing strategic input from a UI/UX perspective.
  • Present compelling design solutions that are grounded in real user needs and behaviors.
  • Build interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate and refine user experiences.
  • Develop and maintain consistent UI components within the design system.
  • Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect designs ready for seamless implementation.
  • Define interface styles, design principles, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Ensure the quality of UI output is maintained post-development through close collaboration with engineers.
  • Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Engineers and Product Owners)
  • Proactively improve and evolve design processes or systems, balancing modern design trends with product goals and technical feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Strong grasp of UX principles, design systems, and accessibility best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in user research, data interpretation, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field, with a solid portfolio to showcase.
  • Confidence in setting and leading design direction across products or features.
  • Strong command of English—both written and verbal—for effective collaboration in a global team environment.
