Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Information About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring processes, build meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders, and shape exceptional employee experiences. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment and is eager to grow their HR expertise.

Key Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple concurrent openings across diverse functions and seniority levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate hiring data, reports, and documentation to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and actively contribute to People team initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Experience hiring for tech roles is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient in managing job portals and using digital sourcing tools.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.
