Job Description:

  • ensuring your existing accounts are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
  • identifying and approaching potential new business opportunities
  • researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities
  • building proposals and delivering presentations to accounts about products or services
  • acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
  • ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both the company and clients
  • monitoring performance metrics thus gaining insight into and aids in achieving the client’s targets and objectives
  • On project management, developing a detailed project plan to track progress, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility


  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Account Management related field.
  • Having exposure in tech and startup space.
  • The ability to communicate confidently – both through speaking and writing – with colleagues and clients from all levels of an organization.
  •  A level of creativity when it comes to thinking of new sales opportunities coupled with proactive behavior, robust business insight, and meticulous attention to detail, are essential attributes.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
