Job Title: Customer Success Support

Information About The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Success Support who’s passionate about creating great customer experiences through data accuracy, technology, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll help manage CRM data, support loyalty programs, and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer, dealer, and workshop data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and report on customer activities in loyalty programs (registrations, point redemptions, reward claims).
  • Support the setup and execution of loyalty programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage dashboards (e.g., Tada) for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all CRM and campaign activities run smoothly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain proper documentation aligned with data privacy policies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 0–2 years of experience in CRM, campaign operations, or administrative roles (fresh graduates are welcome!).
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or campaign management tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • A basic understanding of data privacy and information security is an advantage.
