Information About The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, both from General Affairs and IT Support perspectives. You will maintain office facilities, manage assets, and ensure all IT equipment, systems, and networks are functioning properly to support a productive work environment.

 

Key Responsibility

  • General Affairs (GA):
    • Maintain office facilities and assets (liaise with building management, ensure cleanliness and readiness of workspace)
    • Handle procurement of office supplies and equipment
    • Manage routine payments and purchases related to office operations
    • Oversee maintenance of all office assets
    • Supervise office support staff (e.g., Office Boys)
    • Prepare GA reports (asset tracking, purchases, etc.)
    • Assist in permits and maintain relationships with external vendors/partners
    • Safeguard company documents
  • IT Support:
    • Manage and maintain company IT assets (laptops, devices, peripherals)
    • Ensure all devices are properly set up, updated, and functioning (software installation, upgrades, troubleshooting)
    • Maintain office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, basic network security)
    • Support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for employees
    • Manage and maintain office equipment such as printers and meeting room devices
    • Ensure basic IT security practices are implemented (access control, antivirus, device compliance, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Open for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience, preferably from Engineering / IT or related fields
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with external parties
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to maintain and manage office assets (devices like computers, printers, etc.)
  • General administrative skills (filing, record-keeping, office supplies)
  • Basic IT knowledge for troubleshooting office devices
  • Vendor management experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills for office-related issues
