Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Department: Marketing

Working Arrangement: On-site

 

Key Responsibility

  • Generate qualified sales leads from the assigned data for the sales team
  • Conduct research on the assigned contacts and understand prospect needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospects
  • Create creative email templates for the email campaign
  • Create a linkedin message for the linkedin campaign
  • Be active on LinkedIn and message your contacts for a meeting
  • Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
  • Help with the planning and organizing of marketing events (if any)
  • Ready to dial 50-60 outbound calls a day, strike and initiate a conversation with the assigned contacts to build interest in Tada solution

Requirements:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Having exposure in the Marketing or Business Development field.
  • English fluency, excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Proactive, strong business acumen, detail-minded, and adaptable.
  • Ready to work in an agile environment with flexibility & owning your responsibility to take up assigned duties.
  • Should be a go-getter, self-motivated, results-driven, and aggressive.
