PT Aksi Visitama (“Tada / We”) builds good relationships with clients, partners, consumers, and associates based on mutual trust by ensuring their Personal Data is secure and remains confidential.

 

Tada complies with all regulations and laws regarding Personal Data protection and has been ISO 27001:2013 certified.

 

Tada enforces a very strict privacy policy to ensure the protection of Personal Data for those who use the Site while still maintaining control over their own data. Data is processed in a transparent, confidential and secure manner.

  1. Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual either directly or indirectly by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to that individual.

  2. You means any user/visitor of the Site.

  3. Website or Site means  the Tada website, namely  www.usetada.com.

We collect your Personal Data directly when you contact us through the virtual assistant available on the Site and/or fill in forms provided on the Site, or indirectly (in particular through service providers and/or technologies on our Site).

We may remove  certain parts of your Personal Data that can identify you (thus making the Personal Data anonymous) and disclose such anonymous data to third parties for database management, analysis, or service improvement purposes.


We may also combine your Personal Data with other information in such a way that the data is no longer associated with you, and then disclose such aggregated information to third parties for the purposes mentioned above.

Additionally, we may share Personal Data about you (i) if the law or a legal procedure requires us to do so, (ii) in response to a request by a public authority or other official or (iii) if we believe that transferring this data is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation regarding suspected or proven illegal  activity.


STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA


We will securely and safely store your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of its collection and processing. This period may be extended, if applicable, for any duration specified by any relevant legal or regulatory provisions that may apply.
